I am never having sex again!
Today in lecture, we covered female reproductive disorders, which I was excited about since I want to be a midwife one fine day. I am, however, now scarred for life thanks to the STD pictures, which you can kindly thank me for not posting on here.
Ahem.
Yeah, and heck with the whole having tons of children thing.
Theres no way I want to have my butt/bladder/uterus/intestines prolapse into my vagina. No siree. So not happening! (sorry babe!)
LOL!!! i can definitely understand that. i've never taken a class on stuff like that, and i still have to force myself not to think too much about it if i plan on having a healthy sex life with my husband. ;)
ReplyDeletethat being said... you don't need to have babies to have a prolapse. my MIL just had surgery for a bladder prolapse (it was falling out her vagina. FUN!) and she had ONE baby and only ONE pregnancy almost 30 years ago! my mother had 3 kids, the latest 21 years ago and her innards are staying right where they should be...
so have those babies, and be monogamous! that oughta take care of it.....
Yeah, prolapse sucks big time. I have rectocele, cystocele, and uterine prolapse. What I would give to have normally functioning female parts again.
ReplyDeleteI suppose at least I've never had an STD... so things could certainly be worse- LOL!
I am exaggerating quite a bit... LOL. If you overthink, I think you can scare yourself out of doing anything. Not about the STDs pictures though! I am really glad I never have to worry about that. My fiance and I have only ever been with each other, and we plan on keeping it that way!
ReplyDeleteI know we will have lots of beautiful children one day, and it will be worth all the changes, I just not ready to lose my "sexual satisfaction" I guess you could say.
Tamra, you are such an inspiration and voice for every woman.
